On-site Medical Staff – Registered Nurse
At The Crest of Lakeville, residents in assisted living and memory care receive expert, compassionate support tailored to their individual needs. Our community is proud to offer a highly skilled on-site nursing team dedicated to delivering exceptional clinical and personal care.
Registered nursing services are available on-site during business hours, Monday through Friday, with a nurse on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of every resident is always our top priority.

Comprehensive Resident Assessments
Each resident receives a thorough assessment prior to move-in to evaluate medical and personal care needs. Follow-up assessments are conducted 14 days after move-in, quarterly thereafter, and anytime there is an injury, significant illness, or hospitalization to ensure care remains aligned with evolving needs.
Personalized Care Plans
Individualized care plans are thoughtfully developed and regularly updated by our clinical team. These plans are shared with designated family members to ensure transparency, collaboration, and peace of mind.
Medication Management & Care Coordination
Our nurses oversee medication regimens and coordinate healthcare services for assisted living residents, helping ensure safe, accurate, and consistent care delivery.
24-Hour Clinical Support
While nurses are on-site during scheduled hours, they are available to team members in person or by phone at all times, providing medically supervised support around the clock.
